Dear Tony

	CONCERNS ABOUT STATE EXECUTIVE GOV POLICIES

Further to the telephone call from your Electoral Officer Robyn MOORE 
about the unwillingness of Local Councils to respond to questions on 
Child Protection issues, these are some of other concerns expressed by 
Parents about State Executive Government Policies.

These concerns have been exacerbated by the Share Market problems for
"Mums and Dads" on Wed 23 Jan 2008 (A - SMH Business Section Headline)

History appears to be repeating itself with Share Trading from the 
Scottish Darien Expedition in 1698 and the South Sea Bubble of 1722 
(B - Background Share Trading and SHOROC Kimbriki Company).

The Banks now encouraging the Public to become Sharetraders and 
borrow up to 20 times the value of actual cash available 
(C - Free Sharetrading Courses).

B	 BACKGROUND STATE GOVERNMENT POLICIES

In 1993 Andersen Consulting arranged a series of New World Order 
Seminars in Australian Sate Capitals called "Inventing the Australian
Model of Government" (D - Andersen Consulting Agenda).

The principal speakers at these seminars included Gary STURGESS Chief 
of Staff for the NSW Premier Nick GREINER and Percy ALLAN Chairman NSW 
Treasury.

One example of Parents' concerns with Local Government is that a 
Memorandum of Understanding for a SHROC Company was prepared in 1992.

The Company was confirmed as a State Owned Corporation (SoC) which 
started trading on the 01 Jan 2008 - 15 years later !

It transpires that the former NSW Premier Neville WRAN, who became a 
director of an Indian Company in Jun 2006, sold 35,460,000 shares of 
that company for $ 16,000,000 in late 2007 - 20 years after he retired
from Politics (E - SMH W 23 Jan 2008).

The Parents' concerns are that Local Government Councillors may have
been enticed to support State Government initiatives in the belief 
that "The Australian Model of Government" is an approved Model of 
Government.

Professor George WINTERTON has confirmed that any Model of Government 
has to be approved by the Public at a referendum before a new Model 
of Government can be supported by Councillors. 

In addition you may also recall from your election meeting at Mosman 
RSC last year, there were a number of questions about how the USA 
Traders of Telstra Shares in the Future Fund can receive an annual 
bonus of US$ 100,000,000 when the Mums and Dads that bought Telstra 
Shares have to sell them at a loss.
