A The Clubs and Sport Peak bodies do not have the resources to carry out the checks

B Clubs and Peak Bodies reluctant to conduct checks because of the difficulty retaining good volunteers - same problem with Scouting ?

C An audit of one Peak Body revealed that out of 160 Volunteers more than 15 had a Police Record for Breach of the Child Protection legislation
