STATUTORY DECLARATION RE FAXING WED 05 MAR 2008

Incident: Documents faxed to appropriate Authorities 

I, Stephen GOULD Management Consultant of 6 Lower Wycombe Road NEUTRAL BAY 
NSW 2089, make this Statutory Declaration.

I have been the adviser to the Sponsors of "Kids Safe-at-Sport Mosman 
[KSAS-2088]" of 95 Muston Street MOSMAN 2088 since May 2007.

I am the Honorary Secretary of the "Kids Safe-at-Sport Mosman [KSAS-2088]" 
Parents' Initiative to assist Local Junior Sports Teams to comply with 
the Child Protection Legislation.

This eighth Statutory Declaration involving Mosman Council is about why the 
"Kids Safe-at-Sport Mosman" Parents have to fax documents to the CouncilIors 
as we are not allowed to question or speak at Council meetings.

Around 18:00 Wed 05 Mar 2008 I went to Michael CLEAR's residence in Balmoral
 to fax the following documents on behalf of KSAS-2088 Parents and the 
Open Interchange Consortium [OIC] Members.
